How are shipping costs calculated? We charge a single flat fee for each item shipped. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Here is how we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

How are items shipped? We use USPS First Class & Standard UPS shipping for optimum savings to you.
Standard Shipping
- EXPECT YOUR ORDER AT YOUR DOORSTEP WITHIN 4-14 DAYS
- Items shipped via UPS GROUND will be at doorstep in 3-5 busness days.
- Items shipped USPS will be in your mailbox in 5-7 business days
- Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take longer
- Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 21 days
- Pet Store Shop.com will make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete customer satisfaction. However, if, orders can not be fulfilled, Pet Store Shop.com will notify within 24 hours of reciept.
- Pet Store Shop.com will ship most orders the next business day. All Orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
- Pet Store Shop.com reserves the right to alter sameday shipping during all holiday seasons. Pet Store Shop.com will use it's best efforts to notify you of such changes should occur.
- All orders must be complete with the correct address, city, state and zip code.
- RETURN POLICIES / DAMAGED GOODS
- Pet Store Shop.com will not be responsible for a gift being mis-delivered late when a bad address is supplied. We will ship to the address supplied on the order. Pet Store Shop.com will charge for any extra shipping charges billed to Pet Store Shop.com by the shipping carrier.
- Claims or requests will not be honored on gift returns due to a bad address.
- Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite/ apt numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
- Pet Store Shop.com will charge for any returned shipping, address correction, package forwarding, or call tag charges, billed to Pet Store Shop.com by the shipping carrier.
- Returned gift arrangements will not be reshipped and a returned stocking fee of 25% will be charged.
- Orders returned due to errors on part of Pet Store Shop.com will recieve a full refund.
- Pet Store Shop.com uses the same guarentees offered by the shipping carriers. Pet Store Shop.com will not honor claims for late deliveries that are not guarenteed by the carrier. Overnight and two day air deliveries are not guarenteed to remote delivery areas.
- Shipping Damage: Once shipping carrier leaves the docks, they become responsible for the freight. In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to that carrier. Please inspect your shipments upon arrival. Note any shipping damage on the shipping papers before signing the receipt achknowledgement. Save all packaging materials and call or E-mail Pet Store Shop.com to arrange for creditor replacement or damaged products.
